Shipping General

We process online orders as soon as possible and certainly within 72-hours of receipt of your order. We manage orders ourselves from the Limala storage space in Berlin.    

 We ship via DHL daily from Monday through Friday.

 

Shipping Costs

•  We offer free shipping for our rugs within the EU 

• Shipping open for Switzerland, UK, UAE and the US - shipping rates calculated at checkout

• International delivery - please write us an email at info@bylimala.com

 

Shipping Time

For all EU orders we ship via DHL Standard. For Express Delivery please contact us via email at info@bylimala.com 

The product is delivered in Germany within 2 - 4 days and in case of deliveries in the EU, within 3 - 14 days after the order confirmation. International delivery may take a up to 5 weeks. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
