RETURNS

Please consider that all our rugs and cushions are handmade and that slight imperfections may occur. We believe that slight imperfections are the charm and beauty of manual labour and artisanship. They also are the traces and stories the rug artist is leaving behind and one can see that there is a person behind that product. All our products are carefully fabricated with love and dedication for their craftwork.

If you want to return your order, all our products have a 14-day return policy.  All products that are returned for a refund must be undamaged and have their original tags and packaging. 

All sales are final on sale merchandise.

 

Return

If you would like to return your order, please contact us directly with your order number and marked as return in the subject, before shipping it to us:

The sender is responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. 

Limala reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval. 

 

It is helpful to get a tracking number for the returned package as Limala is not responsible for any return packages getting lost or misplaced. 

The product must be packed in the original packaging, otherwise a similar damage-resistant packaging should be used to prevent damage to the product. All parts of the product must be included and the package can be sent back to us to the following address:

Refund

Once we receive the package and the product, we will refund the amount of the product within 3 working days. 

 

Sale Items

All sale items are final and are only exchangeable within 14 days upon receiving the delivery. No refunds are acceptable on sale items. 

 

International returns (outside the EU)

All of the above mentioned is applicable for international returns as well and please note that you must contact us directly with your order number and return as the subject, before shipping it to us:

International customers must cover return shipping costs. 

Please make sure to mark on the return address the following:

  • A copy of the invoice sent to you upon purchase 

  • Mark as returned goods to avoid custom delays or charges

  • Add value of item without shipping cost on the return label

We will not process or be held responsible for any returns that have not contacted us via email prior to shipment.
